We started MeeshoGen with a single goal: give every Meesho seller — from a first-time entrepreneur in a small town to a high-volume power seller — access to professional product photography without the cost or complexity.

Great images sell products. We believe that shouldn't require a studio, a DSLR camera, or hours of editing. With a smartphone and MeeshoGen, anyone can create catalog-ready, conversion-optimized product images in under a minute.

Our AI engine is trained specifically on Meesho's image guidelines and marketplace behavior. We don't just make images look better — we make them perform better. Image Data

Product images you upload are processed on our secure servers and used solely to generate your optimized variants. We do not use your images to train third-party AI models or share them with advertisers. Images are automatically deleted from our servers within 30 days of processing.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processors) who are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for our specified purposes.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MeeshoGen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Use of the Service

MeeshoGen is licensed for personal and commercial use by Meesho sellers. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service to upload, process, or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@meeshogen.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all product images you upload. By using the Service, you grant MeeshoGen a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images for the purpose of delivering the Service. Processed output images are yours to use freely for commercial purposes.

5. Payment & Refunds

The Pro plan is billed as a one-time payment of ₹1699. All sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a resolution or refund consideration.

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to suspend the Service for maintenance or updates, with advance notice where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

MeeshoGen shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our Service, all payments made to MeeshoGen are strictly non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed and access to the platform is granted, no refund requests will be entertained — regardless of the reason.

Why We Have This Policy

MeeshoGen provides instant access to a fully functional AI-powered platform upon payment. Because the Service is delivered digitally and immediately, it is not possible to "return" access once it has been granted. This policy is consistent with standard practices for digital software and SaaS products under Indian consumer protection guidelines for digital goods.

Technical Issues

One-Time Purchase Model

MeeshoGen operates on a one-time payment model (₹1699 for the Pro plan). There are no recurring subscriptions, auto-renewals, or ongoing billing cycles. Because no future charges are applied, there is nothing to "cancel" after your initial purchase.

No Cancellation After Purchase

Once your payment has been processed and your account has been activated, the purchase cannot be cancelled, reversed, or credited. We do not accept cancellation requests after payment has been made, regardless of whether the Service has been actively used.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your MeeshoGen account at any time by emailing support@meeshogen.com. Please note that account closure does not entitle you to any refund or credit for unused access, as our no-refund policy applies in full.

Any disputes arising from a purchase or this policy are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
